How much does Aura cost?
Aura is free to download with a single avatar and limited daily messages. Aura Plus unlocks all six avatars, all spaces, unlimited conversations, calendar integration, guided meditations, and memory — for £7.99/month or £49.99/year. A 7-day free trial is included.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Aura. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations are private. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
What languages does Aura support?
Currently English and Spanish. Aura automatically detects which language you're speaking and responds in kind. More languages are coming.
Why do I need to grant calendar and email access?
These permissions are optional. They allow Aura to add events, set reminders, and read important emails when you ask. All access is local to your device — your information never leaves your phone except to power your conversation.
Can I delete my data?
Absolutely. You can clear all conversation memory at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, email us at aura.minacruz@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 7 days.
